I went last year and did go to see the monkeys but didn't stop if they were close by, the car in front of me had a few climbing onto it and they broke his wipers

great place to go but entry is very expensive

Talking

Went to Longleat about 10 years ago before I had kids in an Astra GTE. All the cars in front stopped and the monkeys ripped my car and others to shreds.

They will pull, bite, rip, anything they can lay their hands on.

Went last year with the kids but avoided the monkeys and came away with the car intact. (missus was bricking it mind when the Tigers, Lions and Wolves came and said hello)

Great fun if you dont have to pay for the damage, not so funny if all you can do is watch them ripping your car to bits.

Just IMHO of course

My mate went last year in his 306 XSi and now hes got a cute monkey bite out of the spoiler.

I wouldn't risk my Scooby in there!

I wouldn't take my car thro' there, when we had the ssooby meet there a year or two ago I went round on the bus and they wrecked the car in front of us, the monkey pen is full of junk off of cars. You can go thro' the park and miss out the monkey pen tho'.

Just connect one of the HT leads to the car body - you only need 3 cylinders to get through slowly and it will keep them off!!

It's a well known fact that scoobies are the monkeys' favourite car...

They like to rip the scoops off to stick on their Novas

Beamer,

I seem to remember someone getting well stroppy a few months ago, for being called a batty boy!!!! Does that mean I can get stroppy and act like a girl and ignore everyone ???

Fair is fair!!!

I drove my scooby through the one near Liverpool last year. One sat on my bonnet and bit one of the windscreen washer jets off. (but I got it back). It also pissed all over the windscreen.

Second time around we took the "safe" route - and happily watched them demolish an Astra.

Saw a car get mauled by a Rhino as well... silly gits just sat there in the car while this massive lump of flesh was making dints in their car.
