Plod advice required
My gf's friend was assaulted last year, well finally its going to court on Monday. As she's a "witness" will she also be able to sit in on the whole trial?

Not until she has given her evidence as far as I have experienced and then she needs to request that she sits in the court after giving evidence or can go and sit in the public gallery. So basically no she wont sit in on the whole case - she will initially be waiting in the witness rooms while the prosecution present their case.

Scooby96, I got assulted doing my job, and the guy that assulted me, I looked him in the eye all the way though the trial whilst I was in court, the scum bag.
