Oh I also loved the 4 player Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles side scroller.

Most money spent is probably on Time Crisis/Time Crisis 2/Time Crisis 3

heh, I remember on a day trip to thorpe park when I was about 13, We all went on one of those and for some reason the credit buttons kept flashing after we had pressed them. so we pressed them again and again and got about 70-80 credits each
We were playing for near on an hour and a half, still didnt complete it though

Streetfighter 2 anyone?

Spent a considerable number of my teen years in front of this bloody arcade game.

Thought all my Xmas's had come at once when it got released for the Super Nintendo!

What about:

Daley Thompsons Decathlon (many knackered joysticks!)

Way of the exploding fist

Hypersports

Chequered Flag

Horace Goes Skiing

To name but a few.

All time favourite arcade game has to be Galaxians though.
