as title - has anyone tried this?

saw it on the fit farm yesterday - if you swill sunflower oil in your mouth for 20 mins, it draws toxins out of your blood through your gums. when you spit out the oil it's milky white!

strangely enough I use it for cooking purposes- never considered gargeling with it though-still there's an idea for Friday nite after the boozer shuts!

I'm more of a leeches man myself . The reason it goes milky is its mixing with Saliva, nothing to do with toxins, think cooling oil on cutting machines or if your head gasket goes what it looks like when oil and water mix.

Olive Oil swilling is a common practice in Italy so I've heard. Afterwards they spit it out and run it through their hair.
