JC on VC Tonight
At bit early in the day for this I know, but on BBC2 tonight at 8pm, they are repeating the documentary on Victoria Cross winners presented by Jeremy Clarkson.
It was one of the most fascinating documentaries I've seen in ages and highly recommended. Usual JC humour and insight in to the subject.
Most of the winners seem to have been either suicidal maniacs or plain insane. No-one with any common sense would do what they did , which is really the subject - they are all extraordinary people.
Record or watch it - you won't be disappointed.

Saw it first time around - very interesting.
He didn't find out that his father in law was a VC until after his death - didn't feel it was worth mentioning... The story is amazing.
