Tenerife are the same time as us. To call a spanish mobile it's +34 if it's a uk mobile just dial it as normal.

I assume you mean from this weekend when we reach BST? Not sure for tenerife specifically, but I think most of the continent has an equivalent moving of clocks - been to France mid summer and winter and IIRC it's always 1 hour different. Went to Tenerife in March a couple of years back, certainly no clock change then.

I lived there for 6 months last year, their time stays the same as ours all year round.
