How do you stop yourself from using ScoobyNet?

How do you stop yourself from using ScoobyNet?
Although I'm new, I can already understand how ScoobyNet can become so addictive
Hands up all those who think they spend far too much time here
I mean, what do you say to yourselves or what course of action do you take to reduce your online time here so that it doesn't affect your jobs or personal time or am I alone on this?
For me I will regularly visit the few threads I have so far posted in (which is the addictive part I think) but I'm confident this also rings home for some of the more senior members?
To stop myself I say OK, this is the last thread I'm reading, and then this is seriously the last thread I'm reading and etc...
Your thoughts please before I serisouly seriously become addicted?

< hands well and trully up > I've been here for five years now, way to addictive!
I tend to think that being able to only view SN at work helps, as I can't always get on as much as I'd like.

*sigh* I wish I had an answer. I spend most evenings with my laptop, lurking even if not posting much.
Bottom line is, it does affect my job and does affect my personal time too - but not really in a bad way. In fact, sad git that I am, I'd have precious little contact with people outside the office without it.
Now, turn off the PC and go have a few beers. It's Friday night FFS. What are you doing here?

just give in - it has already wrecked one company that I know of ( my old one ) Safe in that knowledge I used some of my redundancy money to get broadband installed so I wouldn't miss out after the office closed down
