Think it is a rather sensible bill actually.
So, you fat thick yank teen, did Maccas force you to eat the big macs? no they did not, so stop trying to sue them and get out and work that flab off!

Shocking 
Some common sense has prevailed in the US!!
Suppose you could put forward a case saying their TV advertising and having 50ft billboards that you can see from the highway is creating a brainwashing effect to make you eat their food
That picture of a lrge Big Mac meal has now made me very hungry...
must resist temptaion....
resist dammit...arrrggghh!
I can even smell it now

I know, common sense in the US, it is a new concept, not sure if the masses could accept it though.
I am proky because of the food I eat and the excercise I do not take. however, you do not see me issuing lawsuits to BK, Maccas, KFC, Kebab Shops, Curry Houses do you? I KNOW I am the way I am because of me, not because I have been forced to eat the food, or brainwashed by advertising.
It's just the typical over litigious nature of the US once again. And they wonder why people think they are a very silly nation?
