Default Am i right in thinking...

For a mobile speed camera site to be legal, the road in question needs to have speed camera warning signs? If so, how far away is the maximum before it becomes invalid (if at all it does)?

The signs can be up to 1km away!

Is it defo 1km? Strange to use 1km when everything else is in miles. Im going out later to check. Can anyone else confirm its 1km? Thanks
