Default Does anyone have a copy of a tenancy agreement?

Hi all,

Am after one of these so that I can rent out a room in my house.

someone has expressed an interest to move in and since I am going to be there am not particularly worried about keeping them in check, I know I will be able to handle them (nice girl).

She does need something to how someone else though as proof to an agency that she has an address etc.

anyway, I am after a fairly standard one of these so that I can adapt it to suit my needs.

Anyone got one?

Thumbs up

W. H. Smiths - Landlord and Tenant agreement pack. Complete kit with all the legally binding documents you need. It came in *very* useful during my stint as a landlord.

The paperwork is provided, but don't you still need to get a solicitor to stamp the signed agreements?

No solicitor needed just an independent witness
