DIY SOS
Ok, it's a crap effort for a program. but hey, you clicked, so you must be interested
For anyone who doesnt know, the idea of the show is to renovate a couple of rooms in a house that for one reason or another has become dilapidated.
Each episode viewers are shown three candidates who really need a helping hand to get back on top of things. Usually, these people are pillocks who cba to do it themselves. However, this week there was a person I felt was in particular need of help, her husband, a decorator, had started some major work renovating a room only to go out one evening and be set upon by a gang... he died from his injuries later on. His wife also had to go through the struggle of having breast cancer and it was a friend of hers that wrote in to the show to put her name forward.
Now, if that story isnt worth 30 seconds of your time, I don't know what is. So please, go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/homes/diysos/vote.shtml and vote for her. She's the top option for anyone who cba reading.
Thanks for your time!
