Celebrity get me out of here thingy?
Been watching this for the first time tonight. What's the deal with the "jungle" noises every now and again? WTF are they trying to censor?

They're trying to censor out all the juicy bits they don't want anybody to hear so they can't be sued for anything 
i.e. all the juicy titbits (as well as Jordan's
) that make it interesting...

I don't know if it's me getting old but I find the show ever so slightly offensive. The trials are just disgusting and as for eating live animals for entertainment...I just feel it's wrong.

I bet Screaming Lord Brocket enjoyed giving Alex Best a ruddy good scrub down. He would have had her nekked if he had his way. Mind you, so would i in the same situation

I actually quite like Johhny Rotten. I'm too young to remember him from the Sex Pistols, but all the interviews he's come across as a to$$er (I guess it was part of the act). Seems a decent bloke, but the conversations are constantly muted and that's the most annoying thing about it.

andrewdelvard - fair enough. I guess I take the term offensive to literally (i.e. my feelings aren't personally hurt by this sort of stuff). I guess the show does state before it starts that it may 'contain material that some may find offensive' etc.? I find I can use the remote control too. Mind you, I guess they are offending my intellect by showing this inane rubbish but then again a LOT of tv progs would fall into this category
