UK house prices go into reverse
Probably not, but we live in hope.
Anyone noticed any reductions happening in their areas?

With expectations of a Bank of England rate hike having receded in recent weeks, this could be the start of a gradual slowdown rather than a full-scale crash. Some amount of correction was inevitable.

Isn't Xmas and new year traditionally the slowest point in the year for house sales - a small drop in demand vs supply then would have an above average impact.
Once the Xmas credit card bills have had a couple of payments made against them and the days are a bit longer and sunnier, it'll all kick off again.
I can't see big increases across the board this year - people must be getting enough warning signs around sustainable spending to stop the huge increases of the last couple of years.
I recon strong locations will continue to show low growth, there may be some falls in value in some of the over hyped areas that benfited so much last year
