Decided to cook this year for valentines day 
Need something different for her, she usually has what ever i need with me being on a bulking diet. Obviously portions differ
But any ideas or surgestions?

Extensive recipies for posh BBQ meals and how to griddle them indoors when its winter.
I did my other half soy-marinaded duck with a cold soba noodle salad on friday, she is still raving about it!
Alternatively the risottos in the Jamie Oliver books are nice and easy and dead tasty! Did his slow cooked spiced lamb shanks for dinner tonight and I can barely move!
IMHO if its valentines day and you want to impress? Take her to a very good restaurant!

I arent a fan of restaurants

if you fancy your hand at cooking , try something thai ... my missus did some thai food for me shortly after she came back from thailand .. my god , the food was amazing !!!...
.... alternatively , some nice fresh lamb... possibly salmon , with various fresh roasted vegetables is nice .
