The question I think we the taxpaying public need an answer to is how does someone with a vendetta against one single crime so great he virtually ignores all others get promoted to the position he has.
The police is obviously a very strange organisation as in nearly any other profession someone with this sort of behaviour would have been sacked a long time ago let alone promoted.
Still it's not like our taxes actually pay for their existence is it?
