If someone in front of me has their rear fogs on, I let rip with my reloomed 120W full beams and 135W front fogs. Because of the grey legal area, I don't use them improperly unless provoked. Plod would be upset

Ahhh, but you’ll only ever see my rear fog light if it’s foggy or there’s a *** behind me with his fog lights on when it’s not foggy. I might even give them a little strobe affect with it if they have their fog’s on with sidelights, which is the height of sadness.

Surely you all know why people in Mondeos, Vectras, 320i's, Saxo's, Focus's, etc have fog lights on all the time?
They think it makes them look and go FASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And with most of the above types of car you need something (He says as an ex Cavalier V6,Mondeo Ghia X and ST24 owner!)

Makes me every time.
9 times out of 10 they're french cars or BMW's. The latter usually have them on with sidelights only (hoggin the outside lane too normally ).
I know i shouldn't, but i now purposely flash/blind fog light offenders (and the kn0bs with Neon lights on too), which can be a shock for them when my vision plus bulbs are on full beam.
Why flash/blind em you may ask ?.....
.........Well if there is no reason for them (ie visiblity in fog being reduced to less than 50 or is it 100 m) to have either front or rear fog lights on then i can only assume they have driving lights, and to that effect they are obviously on main beam. As for neons..............they're just d1cks.

BTW when it is really foggy i do use my fogs, but i turn them off immediately when it a. becomes clear b. i have car behind or c. when in town/built up/well lit area etc.

Have to admit..
The past 2 mornings i've been guilty of it..
As one of my headlights is waaay out of alignment, and havn't fixed it yet, so rather than blind everyone, i've ran with sides and front fogs.
I know it's wrong...but i aint had time to fix me headlight !

The switch for the fogs seems to be linked to the volume control on the ICE. Whenever I see a gibbon driving along with their fogs on, there's an accompanying thumping beat from their ICE.
Anuses, the lot of them.

When i was a boy racer type many moons ago i had a saxo VTS and everytime it went into the main dealers (which is quite a lot being French) the to$$ers gave me it back with the front fogs turned on.
On my WRX i have knocked the fog lamp switch when removing my disklok, this turns on the fogs and sidelamps, i now always check i am not making a tw*t of myself eachtime i startup.

First blame goes to manufactures for not making them automatically turn off each time the ignition is switched off.
As for not minding front fogs - I fecking hate it. Every day I drive home mostly single carriageway with a stream of headlights constantly coming towards you, it does eventually make your eyes get quite sore and tired feeling, when a front fogger comes along its just plain uncomfortable, and thats without looking at the lights coming the other way.
Prob described that in a really crap way but **** it - its friday!

What is also really anoying is when they have them on when its raining.... the brightness is then magnified...
I am sorry I just think maxpower, young, love themselves ***** who aren't really in the 'know'.
The people with nothing to prove don't use em unless foggy... the others I can't quite work out.
This is just my generalistic opinion as apposed to a personal attack!
Turn em off!
P.

In the US, every tw*t with fog lights runs them all the time. It improves visibility for the driver, but more importantly, it illuminates another neat little light on the control panel, which enhances the ownership experience.
Over here, half the vehicles are SUVs, so the lights are perfectly mounted to blind drivers of ordinary cars.
