Hi all,

I bought a dwonpipe and midsection off here, and the chap went to the post office to get it sent, on the 29th December.

Sounds like it was just general post, not Parcel Force.

Trouble is, it still hasnt turned up 9 days later

The chap is being helpful and sent me a pic of the recipt and also emailed the post office, who sent a crap reply about delays etc....

Bit worried its not going to turn up now

Anyone else having probs?

Mark, I'm a postie, how was it sent to you mate, was it sent recorded??, if not I suggest you take a visit to your local sorting office, if it was sent recorded they can put a tracker out on it to find it, other than that mate sit tight it should turn up.
Cheers
Colin

Thanks Colin,

Unfortunately it was just sent normal post, so no tracking no. I just assumed it would be sent Parcel Force.

The recipt number is: BNZ 0000 5570 9622

The chap I bought it off has been to see the local branch manager, but doesn't sound like he was too helpful.

Should it really take this long? Sent from North Scotland to South England...

i sent three opel manta panels before xmas, two arrived a day after each other, the one going to scotland about a week later, anything sent via the post office can go via parcel force if you want it to, its usually cheaper, parcel force normally gets sorted as 2nd class at the sorting office, i work in a sorting office, when i send something i take it in myself, it normally gets there the next day, allow about 10 days, it should arrive, ive sent manta bumpers, wings, doors, chassis rails, quarter panels etc and scoob exhausts, never had a prob
