Hi All
I am thinking of buying a nice holiday home in sunny Florida for my mates, family and me to use, plus rent it out when were not there. Having never done this before has anyone any tips / advice as i don't really trust the salesmen and this will be a big investment for me and want to drop a bollock!!!

get a cheap flight...(If there will be any after all this farce with the yanks) and have a look around the westcoast.
But if things get worse ,the next few years might not be a good time to invest???
