300K for a ****ty little 2 up two down terraced cottage that needs *major* structural work - as in the entire front of the house needs knocking down and rebuilding.
The housing market really has gone bonkers in the South East. Property like that would go for 5K in other parts of the country, assuming anyone could be ar$ed to take it on.

Now she's decided that the back wall needs replacing too.
So, that's the *entire* building they've replaced now then.

Just a bit. They've, sorry, *she's*, decided to sell their own house to finance *her* overspend. That poor bloke, be saddled with her. It just gets more and more unbelievable.
