Im currently a Fabricator/Welder (6yrs) and im becoming increasingly bored with the job, lack of interest/unhappy with job. Im wanting to do something computer related but have no IT qualifications. Can anybody give me some advice? Im 23 by the way.

I wouldnt even think about it if you know bugger about computers. there are to many people out there that are **** hot on comps and people like US will never catch up to those standards.
But If you wanted to do something I can only give you advise in the field I work in which is engineering. Go and do a CAD (computer aided design) course at a college, then work as a CAD Operator for £7-£20 per hour.
Have a look at these. AutoCAD, Pro-Engineering, Solidworks.
Iv done all these and would say solidworks or Pro-E is your best bet.
