I bought some DVDs from a bloke from another forum (not SN)

I paid him by bank transfer

I have his initials, his last name, bank acc. details and his email address

He never sent the stuff, how do i trace him?

The little to*ser has had my money for 5 months and wont give it back.

That way the bank should be able to give the third party his details from the bank account and you can then get the money back.

Doubt the bank would give the details straight to you

Search on the forum for all his contributions to get as much info as you can on him. He may have a pic on there or something.

Yeah, search all his old posts on that forum. If he has been using it for a while, you may well find out what area/town he is from, what car he drives etc etc.

sorry, you want to do what David_Dickson said and then trace him on stalker-net.

Only the bank can help you with bank account details. You might be able to get a general area from sort code assuming that he lives in the same area as his base bank though.

Do you know which bank it is?

If so, approach your local branch hand over the sort code, find out their branch then call that branch and moan your **** off

you paid by wire so you have his bank details. go and report it to the police that this ****** has stolen your money since the goods he promised you have not been sent! show them all documented proof ie. printed out communication or email messages. i'm sure that they could get the information from the bank to at least have a word with this git!

btw, are they genuine dvd's? if not get the cops to do him for that as well. you get out of it by saying i thought they were genuine at the time of purchase, but since i've had time to reflect i think they could be fake! hhhhmmmmm 50 quids worth,...must be the real McCoy
