Hi NG,
In London, the best shop without doubt is The Little Shoe Box, because they will make you anything to your design, and are top quality.
A good alternative is Hayway Shoes, but they're in Leicester.
Also worth trying are Honour, who have shops near Paddington and Waterloo.
There's Leatherworks, who do the Imagine range (i think they're sole UK suppliers).
And lastly, Ultimate Footwear in sleepy old Chelmsford are well worth a look.
