#1
Well I might aswell post this cus it will be the last time I'll be on here :-
I've lost my job, cus my Manager is a total a$$. I've been putting up with it for nearly a year and there is so much you can take. I've had enough
Me and the wife have split, we've been together for about 10 years, married for 6. Have 2 lovely kids that I would die for.
My dads so ill it looks as though he might be going in hospital again this Christmas. Its so sad to c someone you really love go like this, I remember last year when he was in, it breaks my heart
For the first time in my life, I've given up. My heart is broken, I have know one to talk to

Feel for you mate, but as they say "life goes on"
Dunno what else to say, but chin up mate and the future can only get better,
try to enjoy Xmas with your kids and try to occupy yourself with something new for the new year
All the best

Sorry to hear about your troubles m8. All I can say is that things will get better with time no matter how bad they seem right now. Talk to someone about it - surely you have some mates who would support you. If not give those help lines a call - nothing wrong with needing to talk to people when life kicks you in the nuts so hard. talk to your dad as well - he probably needs cheering up!
Keep yer chin up - you haven't lost your kids m8 and they will need a good dad so don't let them down as well as your self. Oh and by the way who gives a **** about the car - you can get another when you get another job, it's only a car!

i dont know you but i work as a junior psychiatrist and unfortunately you are not alone in your position
there are people there to help you ranging from your gp (emergency appointment),local psychiatric services who can assess your needs and refer you to a cpn (community psychiatric nurse) or a psychiatrist for talking about your problems or even medication if they think you are depressed
if you do not want to talk to a psychiatrist, try the samaritans
0845 7 90 90 90 or friends/family-you will be surprised by how many friends you actually have who wantto help!!
sorry to put this on but the nhs computer will not let me send you an e-mail

Good luck to you. I wish I had a answer for you...
Where are your real living friends...?? times like this you need to know who are you "Real" friends. The ones that will tell you what you might need to hear..Not what you want to hear.
Dont listen to any little ****** devil on your shoulder.

kev,
Had a hard time too this year mate... just bear with it, things really do have a way of sorting them selves out... everything happens for a reason, although the reason is'nt always important......
Spend some time with a good mate, rather than on your own, have a think about what will make you happy then work out a plan of achieving it.. work out a short & long term plan to help pass the hours/days etc..
Hope that helps mate
Cheers
