Right, this might seem like an extremely stupid question. But after having a stint on hospital last weekend and possibly needing some blood, if you are given blood from another person(s), how does your bosy handle the different DNA?

Given that the blood comes from a different person and all that.

If i'm being thick, tell me to shut it, if not tell me hwow my body handles it?

One of the reasons why this is generally not a major problem is that the mature red blood cells actually no longer have any nuclei, which contain the cells’ chromosomes.
