The background to this video is, that there used to be a channel in the US called "SPEEDVISION", purely about cars (modern and classic road racing, F1, classic roadtests etc), motorcycles, and airplanes.
About 2 years ago it changed its name to "SPEED", and now has at least 50% NASCAR content.
Clearly Dave is an unhappy as the rest of the veiwers with the new format.
