Don't get me wrong I hate em too but juist don't see this being a solution. Given the choice I'd take camera's over speedbumps, dunno about you lot but most of my town has been ruined by the ba$tards and they annoy me a LOT more than camera's!

Don't the councils get it? if the camera is being attacked, maybe it's because people don't like them! doh! This is the only act of vandalisim I wholeheartedly support. Unless of course the cammy is a red light camera or is truly placed at an accident black spot, or ouside a school, but how many actually are? umm, lets see, how many fingers am i holding up, ooh, looks like two index fingers!

it's amazing how many of those cameras are on open dual carriage ways or country roads, not built up areas that cause a threat to pedestrians or look like "prone accident" areas as the police say are the reason for the cameras.

i couldnt beleive how many have been vandalised and its a shame that its coming out of tax payers money cos it aint getting them anywhere, a new installed camera just means another attack.

when will they learn, the camera's will all die!!!

I think they are intimidating... and by nature this causes problems...

if you actulay knew they would go off at 30 mph, you could quite happitl drive at that speed with no worrys,

its because you dont know how acurate your own speedo is. and the fact that you down know wht the bloody scamera,s set at you tend to driop to ridiculously low speeds to prevent it triggering..

result more congestion and emergency braking,,, i know of one camera near me where the notification of the speed limit is near on impossible to see, and its on a dual carrigeway and an urban clearway to boot........... scam or what
