What are your views on this?
Something only seen in films like Face Off until now but how realistically viable do you think this is?
Personally I don't agree with it due to the fact you will have a change of physical identity and will cause tremendous problems for the deads persons family seeing someone else walking round with their face on.
I have the utmost respect for those who have suffered horrendous facial burns/injuries but to me the way forward is increased research and development into plastic surgery and skin grafts, not someone elses face.

I'd be worried about sneezing in a posh restaurant and having my new face fly off and land on my plate..
I'd also imaging that mis-matching skin tones etc would make you look like Frankensteins monster
