How can I alter the Microsoft Outlook Express splash screen image? I have Photoshop'd something but now need to save it in the appropriate place/overwrite the correct one.
I have changed it to say "Outlook for poofs"

Pretty sure its compiled into the program. What you'll need is a resource editor that can go into compiled apps, I used to have one but can't for the life of me remember what it was called.
Use to be widely used to remove the crappy advert banners on ICQ. It's also useful for nicking cool images out of other programs
