i saw recently on another site a chap has a 9210i and he can go on internet just like we can on pc etc, gets the normal layout screen with mouse pointer etc, i believe he uses freeserve to get online?
now my 12 mths with currnet 02 is up so am seeking a similar phone? whats the one to go for? what isp's can be used? im on aol @ present at home.
a mobile internet connection would be extrememly usefull to me as i do hpi checks constantly for people and its actually cheaper for me to use there online service than physicly phone them, so when im on the move it would actually save me money!!!
plus its cool to be able to log onto scoobynet etc when up the pub sat on the bog or somin

Get an XDA II
Its a pocket pc 2003 device with a built in GSM phone with GPRS. Also Bluetooth, Camera, SDIO, decent memory etc.
£350 + contract.
I use one for surfing SN, MSN, dialing into an office (when working) & as a GPS SatNav. Loads of other things you can do with 'em and a decent size screen (in phone terms) as well.

I have a 7250i and you can view web pages but it doesn't like ones with lots of graphics.... not sure what the download limit is or if it is configurable... I wouldn't recommend it.

SPV is very good for browsing. It runs Windows and you can see all pages except ones with frames. Uses Cookies too so access to password sites is instant.
There is a version of Flash for Windows PE but I haven't loaded it up. Upload speed on GPRS is surprisingly good with BBC and Google loading in less than 5 seconds.
Sony 900 looks good too.
