Bloody Zanussi dishwasher is knackered for the 2nd time in 2 months, starts a cycle, but about 2 or 3 minutes in it stops dead. Last time the engineer reckoned he cleaned the filters and it worked again, I've just cleaned it throughroughly (******* awful job) but it still won't run. Any ideas?

We'd claim off the extended warranty, but the whole Scottish Power debacle is draggin out.

The best way to keep your dishwasher running smoothly, is to keep her well serviced.

I try to service mine after each wash, sometimes before she has finished her washcycle.

'Naisbys', at the Rocket, end of the M62, will help you out, ask for Angus or Stuart.

LOL, I've been told I either fix it today or do the washing up. It broke last sunday and we have enough crockery for a week.

I don't really want to pay for repairs considering:

a) I'm skint

and

b) We bought an extended warranty

Thats your problem Rev, your being too heavy handed with the dishwasher. Pull the hair firmly, but dont pull it out! No wonder shes not working properly.....

bugger. I guess I'll have to wait until my "claim pack" for my "capped repair claim" arrives, then however many weeks until we can get an engineer.

I've already done about half of the weeks washing up, me hands are like prunes and there's another half hours worth to do
