Anybody got/use one of these ?
Before anybody takes the mick I used to be quite fit and active and since stopping football I don't do a lot. All I want from it is to stretch me out and exercise a little bit in my garage given that I am sat on a motorbike for 30k miles a year. Used to do the gym thing but do not fancy any of the local gyms.

Anybody any experience of it - currently going for £160 + free DVD player if anybody else is interested.
