whats the regulation distance apart for putting driving lights under the bumper of my GT6?

I have 2 fog lights due to the fact that when i pass my test i want to be able to SEE in the dark (thank you Lucas headlamps).
iI have just found 2minutes ago I have 2 holes perfect for mounting said lights into the bumper. they appear to be done from manufacure of the bumper as each holes is the exact same distance from the centre of the bumper.

thanks a lot.

So are you after fog lamps or driving lamps.
The former won't help you much, the latter will.

Driving lights only need to give a symmetrical light pattern on the front of the car. As long as they are wired up as driving lights i.e. they switch off on dip and come on on full beam then they can be anywhere on the front of the car. Height doesnt matter.
It only is restricted for fog lights.

Hope this helps you.
