Can anyone tell me if Dyslexia (which is generally a reading and writing difficulty) can cause more performance complications?
I have an employee who is apparently severely dyslexic and seems to get the messages wrong.

Yes there are many other implications with severe Dyslexia, too many for me to bother typing. Why don't you do a search, and save my fingers the wear and tear.
