Just got the DVD.
Not seen the flick at pics .. If i had i would not have bought the DVD.
Matrix was great this is just a sci fi movie.
Anyone else think it is cr@P

This has been done-to-death here, search for Matrix threads!
I liked the movie. Not as a great story or philosophy but just as a mindless entertaining few hours.

Great eye candy, sfx fab, fight sequences outstanding story OK.
All in all great entertainment for a couple of hours and i will buy the DVD, eventually.

Agree with original poster. I thought it sucked. Sure some interesting set pieces, but thought many went on about 50% too long. The big multi agent Smith fightscene in particular..why didn't he 'fly' away 5 mins earlier? Dissapointing, but Ill see Revolutions of course LOL

Saw it today for 1st time - load of bollox IMO. As sequels go, not too bad and effects were ok but you could have got rid of 3/4s of that movie and not lost any of the story line.
