Couldnt believe it when the wife came back with this pathetice attempt of a sandwich and counted six prawns Guess thats a "proper weightwatchers" sandwich ...

Sainsbury's are really good about things like that!! If you still have it, take it back and complain. They will replace it. Infact, I ate mine cause I was so hungry (It was a ham salad but there was no salad in it!!) but rang and complained and the next time I went in, i got a free sarnie!!

On the plus side its still in date, not that it would make much of a difference with the filling inside going off

At work I always get called a tight wad when I buy a block of cheese or some tuna and a tomato and some bread . This costs me about 2 quid and lasts me all week. Everyone ele spends £10 + a week on crap like the above and don't know what there eating.

Well said that man. A six pack of bread rolls stays fresh all week and I make a sarnie every morning for a fraction of the cost of stuff like that up there ^

We have a microwave at work. I cook one extra portion for the evening meal, then take it in for lunch the next day.

Some of you guys should look at the millionaire thread...
