Stressed what are my rights!!
#2
I booked my car in for a Sigma alarm today when the car came back it had a Cobra alarm fitted not the Sigma i'd asked for.
I asked the guy who dropped my car off and he said he'd ask about it tommorrow. When i rang the company i was quoted £350 for a Cobra with Auto watch and £350 for a Sigma so i decided to go for the Sigma as it's a better alarm.
The alarm they fitted was the standard Cobra without Auto watch and they charged me £350!!!
I was wondering what my rights are if any???Can anyone help??
I feel the alarm should be swopped back to the Sigma i orignally ordered.

Sounds like a mistake, but if it all goes 'the way of the pear' you can contact the VSIB - Vehicle Systems Installation Board who are the accredited body for this sort of thing.

Ask then nicely, if the dont comply then go and see citizens advice.
They quoted you for a certain alarm and when you got the vehicle back it didnt have that alarm on it. Its there fault, they should have contacted you to let you know whats going on.
