Try turning the digibox off at the plug for a minute. It will reset itself and may cure it...

Did you get a new Smartcard recently? We got one the other month which I'm sure was something to do with BBC ITV etc....?????

true, but the response on here will be quicker than getting through to sky no doubt

will try them as a last resort though

Phoned Sky the other night as Sky Sports Extra was not working. Within 1 second of guy saying it was fixed, the channel came back on my box! Answered very quick too....no wait in queues

phoned sky eventually (nightmare menu though), anyway now sorted

made me do a reinstall, that still didnt work so he resent some info and hey presto, now my missus can watch the garbage on BBC1/ITV without flicking to TV etc etc
