Picture?

its some sort of testing rig for brakes, but why the 3 red hot lines???? on any cars up close I have seen its the whole disk that glows!

Not ines al the way round it?

its really wierd!

I thought that but then I thought surely the heat transfer would make the whole disc glow?

perhaps they're bedding the disk & pads in? If this was the first time they had been used in "anger" they may not sit flush with each other.

With any brake discs that i've seen glow it all happens in a split second, maybe this is in that split second just as the brakes are applied and the heat hasn't transferred to the whole disc yet?
