Its from the film Blue Velvet by David Lynch.... weird film but the road rage scene is priceless.... the old gangsta you hear shouting has a 1400 bhp merc, he waves the tailgating guy past, his henchmen in the back look at each other before fastening their seatbelts... then the old guy rams the tailgater off the road followed by what you hear in the sound clip!

nah, use the headlamp washers, perfect. Big cloud of mist hits car behind and not a drop hits your windscreen, try it !

Yea I also use the left foot break trick 
Was this silly little ***** up my **** the other week on way to work in his little fiesta about 2 feet from my bumper. So got bit of speed up, about 50mph id say, then lightly touched the break with left foot but keeping right one on the go faster pedal, ha lol looked in my mirror and the little ***** fiesta nose dived into the road and you should of seen him squirm across the road lol
