Im in soooo much pain but nothing i can do about it til the morning
tried mouth wash, brushing teeth & pain killers & NOTHING IS GETTING NEAR IT !

I have a deep hatred of dentists too
They have a love of pain & I dont want it to be mine ?

Cant sleep now either

anyone know any good tips other than getting slaughtered so i can get some sleep ?

Bit late, but Bonjela and whisky work for me. Bonjela on the affected area and three or four shots of whisky to send you off to sleep.

No, tooth ache always comes on a Friday evening in this house, that way you suffer all weekend.

Oil of cloves is really good for alleviating dental pain, along with some painkillers (high strength ones like dihydrocodeine or whatever you can get from the pharmacist). The best thing is really cocaine which totally numbs it, but you may struggle to get this at the chemists !
