192.com but you need to pay them now; are you a stalker? Consider buying UK Info; from the same people; the Pro edition used to be excellent; you could get addresses from phone numbers but OFTEL fecked it up.

Not that Ive seen so far; if so Id look for an ISO image and write my own CD; it uses extensive copy protection and Ive never managed to copy an original disc using Clone and a plextor.

As of last year, you can now choose not to be listed on the register that gets sold to marketing companies, 192.com etc so the person you're looking for may not be on it. The "mandatory" list is now only passed to the two credit reference agencies (Experian and the other one!) and the Police.
