Bloody builders wagons
#1
Hi peeps,
Just thought i'd vent some crap at builders who dont secure their load. I was driving back home yesterday morning through liverpool and coming in the oppposite direction was a white van with flatbed on the back.
As I got closer something fell off and bounced down the road, hitting the car in front, and hitting mine, followed by the one behind me. It really smacked my car with some force.
It turned out the gimp hadnt secured the scaffolding (sp?) clamps and that had come off and hit my car. There was a lot of damage, somehow the clamp had managed to smash my drivers side headlight, and put a 1.5 inch crack in the bumper.
It all happened so fast that I didnt have time to get his number, but if I had it now Id be kicking off big style. It has cost me £35 for a new glass and ~£100 to resin weld the bumper back to its former glory.
Why dont people bloody secure their loads before they go anywhere.
Not a happy chappy.
