Anyone ever experienced this wonderful stuff, was feeling a bit grotty and went to the chemists and asked for something for a cold, the lady sold me this bottle of magical green liquid, tastes vile (at first) and I had it before bed, I lost the next 12 hours, no sneezing, wheezing or coughing and woke up a bit groggy but feeling much better.

A capful would knock a horse out !

Anyway thats all from me tonight as I am about to take tonights but its getting harder to justify as I feel quite well now, can you become a night nurse junkie ?

You can definately become a Night Nurse Junkie. Oh, hold on, you mean the medicine don't you?

I just used to hang around outside hospitals, but the restraining order put pay to that. Any pictures of Night Nurses appreciated......!

Try getting p!55ed and then taking it. . Benelyn used to be better 'til it went all non-drowsey and PC.

If you're ever in the States, bring back some of their TheraMed. There's a daytime and nightime version too, a bit like Lemsip, but MUCH more effective. They don't have a licence to sell it in the UK, so not sure how "legal" it is to bring it into the country, but definitely recommended for shifting colds etc.

Piriton Syrup (the one for kids). I got stung by a stinging nettle in the garden (they all ganged up and crept up behind me). Itching like crazy, and the only thing we had in the medicine cabinet was the piriton. Can't be that strong I thought, after all it is meant to be for kids.

I was floating like a space man for hours Stopped the itching though.
