Anyone well up on VISA disputes?
e.g. I've bought some second hand goods from a shop (over phone). Didn't want them, sent them back (within 7days). Informed VISA who are persuing it. Shop rejects claim. VISA are issuing another 60days for shop to pay up. If they don't they have to pay £2?? to dispute. If they loose I get all my moneys back.
Anyone familiar with this procedure?
