Used to be with Green Flag for the Scoob (not that I ever needed it ) but now need cover for another vehicle and flexibility for me and the missus to be covered when driving either car.

Has anyone done this on one policy? Is it possible?

Cheers

Cool

I have a Lloyds TSB gold account(joint sorry) and one of the perks is u get free AA cover for each person named on the acct and its free for as long as the acct is open.
Its only the cheapy one, but if they can't fix it they take u to a garage/home or your destination.
Suits me used them a couple of times when brokedown on M1.
go open an acct with a £1 and hey presto....

forgot to add its not the car they cover its you so don't matter if its ur car or ur mates car u can still call em out to it.

Joined the AA for me and the wife. Cost £190 for full cover and also £500 parts and labour cover for anything that goes wrong with the car(3 claims per year).
I mentioned that my car was an import and did't know what the service intervals should be. I now have a note on my account saying ot will be covered no matter what.

Subaru-Insured now have details available for Subaru Assistance...UK and European cover ... not a bad price either....even if I say so myself

Good price but only applies if you have been ripped off by a UK dealer

LMAO @ Diesel...maybe so...tho at the mo I think theres little in it but I guess thats another thread

Either way...if you are one of the "unfortunate dealer ripped off owners" then I think the rates quite good... ... if however you are one of the more fortunate ones thats "saved huge amounts of cash from buying abroad or via other means" then surely you have a little extra cash to buy the AA/RAC/Dirct Line whatever Road Side Assistance at the slightly higher rate??!!

Anyway...I guess it helps if I read the thread title...cover was for 2 cars in which case the Subaru Assistance doesn't apply anyway....so in this instance it wouldn't help anyway....

Spen,

Yup they do...this is for cars over 3 years old...the chance to buy the cover once the free cover has expired ... also if you have bought the car 2nd/3rd hand within the first 3 years (privately) then the cover won't automatically have been transferred to you so its a good number for you to get the system updated

Theres also a link for Extended Warranty...again if the cars under 3 years old (under 60,000 miles) you can buy the Extended Warranty....again this is of assistance where you have bought the car privately and as such have not had the chance to buy a "Proven Used Car" from a Dealer including an Extended Warranty

http://www.subaru-insured.co.uk/warranty.asp

Hope this makes sense

Diesel,

I wish I was on a kick back....but alas we're not...which is why the contact numbers are for Mondial direct and nothing to do with us...in fact we have stopped selling Breakdown cover via Subaru Insured and as such I have lost a small amount of additional income...however being fair to us, Mondial and Subaru UK I think this will work better...its a fully endorsed Subaru product via a fully endorsed Subaru provider....

Its just I/we at Subaru Insured/Schofield Insurance Brokers keep getting asked about Roadside Assistance, Breakdown cover etc....and so it seemed like the obvious route to take...the cover is already available...its just it wasn't easily accessible unless you knew where to look....all I've done is made it easier to find

My trouble is I haven't kept a Scoob longer than 12 months...let alone 3 years, so have never had the need to get any additional cover...
