taking off a site i use
Good luck
The only way any of these supplements will work for you is if you have a diet and excersise routine planned out 100% as well. Hydroxycuts, or any of the other supplements out there are not magic pills. Make sure you have diet/excersise planned out first, and then chose which supplement to use.
I personally have used Hydroxycuts before, and it worked for me. I was also on a *strict* low carb/high protein diet. Going to the gym 5-6 days a week. So yes, I lost weight and body fat %!
Good luck .........

You need to have your training and diet spot on for them to be very effective.

hi si i exercise 4 times a week 2 nights a week thai boxing for approx 1 1/2 hours and 2 nights a week sprinting for about an hour. the sprinting is the problem as i just burn energy and not calories. i'm not over weight(6ft tall 73kg/12stone) i've just reached the point where i can't lose any more weight.
judging from how i feel tonight after taking it 30min before my evening meal after training, and last night taking it 30min before training then having my evening meal i'll stick to taking it before my meal rather than taking it before training as i took a while to calm down so to speak

its
http://www.muscletak.co.uk
Im toying with the idea of stacking creatine and gaba and the stuff you mentioned i think. They are supposed to work well in that combination

Just a little warning on these babies from muscletech. I took these for several weeks about 6 months ago and they actually made me ill. I was getting serve dizzy spells and sickness.
I stopped taking them, did a little research and found out that a man in his early 20's, living in the US actually died while taking them although nothing has been currently proven.
Goodluck

Another little warning on Hydroxycut. Watch out for side affects with this product - headaches, stomach cramps, mood swings.
Also drink plenty of water if you use it - even if you don't feel like it.
