Two 2l bottles of White Lighting or whatever the paint stripper sold as cider is called these days.
Down both as fast as possible and you should be there...

But a qtr bottle of whisky drink it as quick as posibble and run up and down for about 10 mins, p1ssed as aresholes.
Or go to Netto's and you should be able to get 2 bottles of red of about 13% for a godiva in there.

Don't eat nothing for 24hrs prior, and take a couple or three aspirin with each tin. Benelyn (not non-drowsy) adds a colourful perspective too.
In no way am I advising any of the above. Like McD's, eat 'em you'll get fat. Mix drink & prescription drugs, you'll get very drunk, or really dead.

Cheap plonk from any supermarket: you can usually get own-label Red & White wine from Tescos, Sainsbury etc for £2.50 or less per bottle.
Or Tennant's Super -- the choice of street drinkers the world over. Three of those should sort you out.

£5 should get you 5 cans of Londis super. Bung em in the freezer beforehand. Shotgun them for desired effect.

In the shop up the road from my house you can get 4 cans of carling for 2.99, have a look down the back of the couch for a quid and youre sorted!
Although, how is he going to get into a pub/club with all those bottles of cider/whiskey bottles/cans of lager etc?!?!

Yep Tennents Super, 1.39 a can, basic Alcynomincs says you can get three cans for 4.17 and perhaps a can of cooking lager and you will be well on your way to shouting at passers by, each can of Super comes with a free Harmonica !
