Looking for a higher risk, higher return investment on £50k...

10% return if you can leave it for 12 months? Maybe less.
Not exactly a high risk investment, I'm buying up cheap property and renovating them before selling them on. Most of my money is tied up in houses at the mo' so its delaying the building works. £50k would be very helpful and would be worth paying £5k for the privilege.
I don't borrow from the banks ever since they trried to screw me over.

Bob - mail me details of your project if you want...
Might be interested if its water tight (as its only a 10% return)

I'd thought about property myself, but things are getting silly in Wiltshire at the mo!

Hi,
I have been told many times to put money into some sort of film investment. Can't remember exactly what it is but ask at any High Street bank about it. My step sister works in private client area for super rich at a large bank and she said people are making LOTS of money with it. Also at my "financial review", the HSBC bloke told me exactly the same thing. Minimum 25k at a time I think.
