Si,

Lol, seen those on the strongman website. Which ones have you gone for?

You'll have to get some stones now! Then a truck with a rope! It's more expensive than modding a scoob!

Well i went last night training. saw my mate mark and said i wanted a log. So oh you can have mine im using the 100k one now

So im dead chuffed about that. Phils are £150 this one was only £20.

Marks got all the truck pulling stuff. Car liftings the best just feels like your lungs are being crushed but gets the adrenalin going.

<Rings Ladbrokes>

I'd like £50 on Si being crippled by the time he's 22.

Training with injuries... that's good then.

This might be a good time to see a sports physio before you detach all your limbs and deform every bone in your body.

If this is where your clavical (sp?) meets your sternum (sp?) and its particularly raised on one side then welcome to hell My clavical decided to pop out one day and it can't be put back! So what you say!! But, every muscle in my upper body has tried to adapt to the injury and has caused me great pain. Pressups are hard as hell and often sore, I sometimes wake up and can't move with the pain, I have poor upper body muscle control and general I am now disabled. I wouldn't wish this on anyone and after a year of physio I'm not much further forward Get it checked mate to confirm that its nothing serious.
