Putting a domain up for sale. Can I ?
#1
As some of you may know, a while back I had a crash with a certain bus company. They are still playing silly beggers (or rather their insurance company is) and i've decided i've had enough of the w*nkers.
I bought all their domains with the honest intention of doing a protest site. However I now feel like I need payback so how ethical is it to do a page (giving the honest facts) and pointing all the domains to it then saying if they want it, it will cost.
I know it isn't ethical but is it legal. Are there any case precidents that peeps know of re: this.
I'm not a vindictive person but i'm at the end of my teather on this one now and I want to kick some serious fat cat ****.

you may find that if you do it, they are more willing to speed the matter along, randomly fly post the web address as well, write it on as many bus stops as possible.

I found this in nominet though:
C. made legitimate non-commercial or fair use of the Domain Name; or
ii. The Domain Name is generic or descriptive and the Respondent is making fair use of it.
a. Fair use may include sites operated solely in tribute to or criticism of a person or business, provided that if:
i. the Domain Name (not including the first and second level suffixes) is identical to the name in which the Complainant asserts Rights, without any addition; and
ii. the Respondent is using or intends to use the Domain Name for the purposes of a tribute or criticism site without the Complainant's authorisation
then the burden will shift to the Respondent to show that the Domain Name is not an Abusive Registration.
